Interface Coaching & Development
For the managers and supervisors who lead every day, without the training, tools, or backing that executives take for granted. You're the link between strategy and people. You deserve real support too.
The gap no one talks about
Organizations invest heavily in their executive teams. But the managers and supervisors leading the majority of employees? They're often left to figure it out alone. That's not a small gap. It's a structural one.
Where would you like to start?
I want to work on myself
Whether you lead a team or just need to strengthen your own mental fitness, you want clarity, not a lecture. This is for you.

Who it's for
You're already doing the work. You're showing up every day, making decisions, solving problems, and leading people through whatever comes next.
Interface Coaching gives you the practical tools to do that with more confidence, more clarity, and more impact, in the time you actually have.
If you're a Gen Z manager, there's a page built specifically for you.
Your managers are the link between your organization's strategy and its people. When they're underdeveloped, the whole organization feels it.
Interface Coaching, through its partnership with PIQue Coaching & Strategy Group, gives your leadership structure consistent support from boardroom to front line.
The PIQue partnership
Interface Coaching is a partner of PIQue Coaching & Strategy Group, a vertically integrated coaching team built to do something most coaching engagements never attempt: develop leadership at every level of your organization, simultaneously, with shared tools and a coordinated strategy.
Most organizations invest in coaching at one level and hope the impact trickles down, or up. It rarely does. PIQue was built to close that gap permanently.

Mid level: Interface Coaching
The critical layer where strategy meets people. Practical, applied coaching built for the daily realities of leading in the middle.
Organizational level
Frontline skills that stick because the culture above them is aligned, not fighting against them.
All three coaches work from shared frameworks. Coaching at every level reinforces the coaching at every other level, so your investment compounds rather than competes.

Why work with me
That's not a line. It's the whole point.
I didn't come into coaching from a training room. I came from the work itself: leading teams, managing managers, navigating complex organizations, and figuring out most of it without anyone showing me how.
My career has spanned private enterprise, nonprofit leadership, and state government, most recently as a Program Manager with a state Department of Human Services, where I led a team of 10 managers across a complex, high-stakes environment.
My primary focus is Positive Intelligence (PQ), and I work with EQ frameworks across my client base. Not to categorize people, but to help you lead them better.
Who I work with
Most of my clients are managers and supervisors working through real problems: a team that has gone flat, a direct report they can't seem to reach, a culture that feels off but is hard to name. They've been solving these things alone for longer than they should have.
Where I work
In-person sessions primarily in Central Oregon, based in the Bend area. Open to working anywhere in Oregon in person. Virtual sessions with clients across the US West Coast. I also work with leaders in Denmark and speak English and Danish, which helps when cultural context is part of the coaching conversation.
What I work on
Career development for leaders moving into or through management. Team motivation when a team has gone flat and nobody can name why. Personnel conversations nobody wants to have. And increasingly: psychological safety. Budget cuts have put teams under real strain. People are guarded, disengaged, or burning out quietly. Building the conditions where people can speak up, take reasonable risks, and actually trust the person leading them is some of the most consequential work I do right now.
Scope
Individual leadership coaching, 1:1 and practical. I focus on leadership development, not HR consulting or sales training. If that's what you need, I'll say so and point you somewhere better. What I do is help individual leaders think more clearly and act more deliberately.

Business Owner · Southern Oregon"Working with Christian and Interface Coaching has been a definitive turning point. He provided the confidence and direction I needed to take a situation that felt overwhelming and transform it into powerful, positive momentum. It feels as though we've been slingshot toward a future where my shared dreams and goals are finally within reach for everyone's benefit.
Through our collaboration, I have established a balance that actually works: a fulfilled personal life, a business structure that makes sense, and a financial strategy that has already paid for itself many times over. Honestly, Christian has been one of the greatest assets I've ever had. He possesses an incredible gift for taking complex, messy problems and articulating them so clearly that the entire team gets energized and fully on board.
There were so many moments when I felt stuck, unable to see the solutions right in front of me, but he was always there to help me clear the fog. Once the team began rowing in the same direction, it felt as if the anchors were finally lifted. We are now moving with a level of speed and efficiency I knew was possible all along, and I am incredibly grateful for Christian's partnership."
