This policy explains what data Interface Coaching collects, how it is used, and who it is shared with — including through the Interface Coaching AI app.
Chat messages. When you use the Interface Coaching AI app, the coaching questions and messages you type are collected and processed to generate AI responses.
Email address (optional). If you choose to enter your email address in the app, we collect it solely to send you a transcript of your session. This is entirely optional — you can use the app anonymously.
Purchase history. If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect information about your in-app purchase through RevenueCat (see Third-Party Services below).
Device identifiers. An anonymous identifier is generated by RevenueCat to manage your subscription status. This identifier is not linked to your name or email.
The Interface Coaching AI app relies on two third-party services that receive user data as part of normal operation:
Your chat messages are transmitted to Anthropic, PBC for AI processing via their Claude API. Anthropic uses your messages to generate coaching responses. Anthropic's data practices are governed by their privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy. Anthropic provides the same or equivalent privacy protections as described in this policy.
In-app purchases and subscription management are handled by RevenueCat, Inc. RevenueCat generates an anonymous customer identifier and records purchase history to manage your subscription. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the third-party services listed above (Anthropic and RevenueCat), and only as necessary to operate the app. We do not share data with advertisers.
Chat messages are processed in real time and are not stored on our servers beyond what is necessary to deliver a response. If you provide an email address, it is retained only long enough to send your transcript and is not used for marketing without your explicit consent.
You may request deletion of any data associated with your email address by contacting us at interfacecoaching@gmail.com.
The Interface Coaching AI app is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
